JCB needed to modernize its internal systems, as the old software (Lotus Notes) was about to lose support. It was urgent to migrate applications and data to a modern platform without disrupting crucial processes.
Through the Build service, we developed custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, migrating Lotus Notes applications. We adapted complex approval workflows to maintain internal processes.
The transition was completed in 8 months, with 14 functional applications delivered. The migration generated information traceability, cost reduction, and process optimization, all aligned with the business.
