A dedicated squad to scale an industrial data platform

Learning plans created 64% faster, with no new staff
"I am incredibly grateful to have partnered with Ateliware on our journey at Timeseer.AI. In our challenging local market, finding dedicated senior and mid-level developers who embrace the startup mindset and approach work as full-fledged team members is a rarity."
"I found Ateliware more than a supplier, a partner. The partnership is so deep that Ateliware is a co-founder of Pipefy and did nothing less than put the MVP of the product on its feet, allowing us to fly higher and higher."

FAQ
How is a squad different from contractors or a staffing agency?
A staffing agency allocates individuals and bills hours, and you manage them. A squad arrives as a unit, with a technical lead who manages the team and answers for what ships.
Who manages the team?
The squad’s technical lead is your single point of contact. They handle day-to-day coordination, code reviews and people management, so you take on no new direct reports.
How does AI fit in?
It’s how our teams work, not a separate service. AI supports code exploration, refactoring and test generation, and our developers work inside your codebase, so your team picks up the practice too.
Where is the team and how do time zones work?
Our delivery team is based in Brazil, with a presence in Belgium. The time zone overlaps with European working hours by 2 to 4 hours a day: enough for stand-ups, pair programming and quick decisions.
How do rates work?
Time and materials, by profile: design, mid-level, senior and tech leader. Rates are shared upfront, nothing hidden.
Can we validate first, and what happens when it ends?
Yes. We start with a validation period, so you see the squad at work before committing further. When the engagement ends, you keep the code and the knowledge.
