Isn't financial and legal due diligence enough?
They don’t read code. A company can look clean on paper and hide fragile architecture, unlicensed open-source or GDPR gaps.
What do you need from the target?
Repository access, documentation and working sessions with their engineers, under NDA.
Will you tell us to walk away?
If the code doesn’t support the price, we say so. We’ve recommended not investing before.
Do you also sell the fix?
The audit is an independent deliverable. Remediation or integration support is a separate decision.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
It depends on the size of the codebase and how many platforms are involved. We scope it with you in a first conversation, before any commitment.
